Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sea Harrier Prints, we take great pride in the quality of our artwork and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Change of Mind

All of our prints are made to order, produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail. We’ll do everything we can to locate your parcel or provide a suitable solution.
